Seal Fur Market

The fur industry says that it is killing more seals because of an increase in demand for fur - all fur. Anyone who buys a mink or fox fur coat or a jacket trimmed in fur bears responsibility for creating an environment of demand for the furs of these baby seals - who are often skinned while they are still conscious. –PETA
Write to companies who are using seal fur and politely ask them to make their fashion more compassionate by not using seal fur. These companies use the fur and skin of the slaughtered seals in Canada’s commercial seal hunt. The Marine Mammal Protection Act bans the use of seal skin and fur in the US but these companies sell to European and International markets.
